A new study from the University of Pennsylvania, published in the Journal of Nutrition, suggests that the key to skin elasticity and collagen production is a diet low in saturated fat and refined sugars.

The study found that people who ate the most calories and sugar in their diet had the most collagen in their skin and less elasticity.

So how does this relate to skin care?

Well, according to Dr. Robert B. Lusardi, PhD, a clinical professor of dermatology and dermatology at the University School of Medicine at the Medical College of Georgia, the skin needs more collagen in order to absorb and retain moisture.

And this is true of skin that is already well hydrated.

Dr Luscidan explained that when a person gets a lot of hydrocoolies, the collagen in the skin is damaged.

He also explained that people with a high hydrocolic acid level in their body have less collagen.

Lusardi further explained, This is why a person with more collagen will have more elasticity, more collagen, more elastic tissue and more elastic properties.

The researchers found that when they used a combination of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, they could increase the amount of collagen and help increase elasticity for the skin’s overall health.

And in fact, their results were similar to those of a study published by the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition in 2011.

Dr Srinivasan also noted that the research was limited by the fact that it was a randomized study, and that the participants had to be healthy and not have been taking medications.

However, he did say, this study is a very promising study because it shows that there is an association between collagen and hydrococolloid intake and the skin hydration.

And he added, This study is an important piece in understanding the relationship between skin hydrolabration and skin health.
